I’m Jelena, a tech-focused people leader with over 5 years in management and 10 years in HR. I speak English, Spanish and German fluently and am currently based in Barcelona, Spain.

I’m dedicated to fostering a culture of growth and innovation, leveraging AI and creativity. My expertise spans various tech sectors, having driven change and scaled organizations through major funding rounds between Series B,C,D and IPOs. The same way, I bring experience in establishing HR functions and systems in a remote startup from scratch.

My mission is to support early stage founders and teams with their people strategy and inject a bold pulse into traditional HR and flip the script.
